All products you see in my shop were designed by me - Nox. I am also responsible for managing the shop, orders, packing, and shipping. Designs you see printed on products were drawn digitally by me. Please do not use these designs or pictures without my permission.
Returns & exchanges
As an individual running this shop in my free time I do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item arrived damaged (photo documentation is required). I check the condition and quality of all products and pack all orders with care, however, if there is an instance of an item getting damaged on its way, please contact me at [email protected] or use this link to resolve the issue.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact me as soon as possible. I will not be able to cancel the order once it's shipped.

Payment
I recommend using a credit card or Paypal to pay for the items. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
Shipping
Currently I ship from GB using Royal Mail services. I always aim to have the orders shipped within 1-4 working days, but ocasionally it might be a bit longer since I am but one person with a full time job.
•Shipping usually takes from 2 days to about 3-4 weeks. Usually shipping within UK takes 1-4 days, but to other continents it might take around 2-4 weeks. Shipping can take more time when it's a busy season like for example Christmas time. Delays may occur due to local lockdowns and Covid-19.
•I am unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery and will only ship to the address provided at checkout (which must match the billing address).
•I do not bear responsibility for the damages caused by the post staff. I ship the items safely in bubble bags or cardboard envelopes, protected in plastic sleeves or tissue paper. Sometimes I use recycled/reused packaging, and I kindly ask you to recycle or reuse whatever you can, too! If your order arrives damaged, please send me a message, I am happy to send your order again but might charge you for shipping cost.
•The buyer is responsible for paying any additional VAT/taxes/customs duties that may occur depending on the country the item is shipped to. If you are worried about it, please check with your local post office for rates and limits.
I will not calculate, invoice or collect any taxes/duties or costs of sending an order back.
International shipping
•Unfortunately I don't have any control over prices of shipping, and they skyrocketed in 2020, mostly due to Brexit. I also have to include the cost of packaging (plastic sleeves, envelopes) in the shipping price. To compensate for that I add some freebies to every order.
• Orders shipped to EU are most likely to get charged with some additional tax/customs fee, and this is completely out of my control and not my resposibility.
Can I order something as a gift?
Yes! I do not provide special gift wrapping, however I can ship the order directly to the recipient, and I can include a note from you to them. Just message me about it right after completing the transaction.
Restock?
All items in my shop are limited edition (usually ranging in stock between 10 and 100) and I don't plan any restocks (so be quick if you like a specific product :)).
I like a specific design in the shop. Can I get it tattooed?
The short answer is no. I am a tattoo artist and most likely I already tattooed the designs you see on my products. I do not allow anyone else to tattoo my designs, and doing so without my permission would be, simply put, stealing. But I am open to designing a custom tattoo specifically for you!
